Angel Jové

Instal·lació

At dawn there came a man laden with despoliation. He spread them on the ground and having rolled a large stone, he left.

The installation that Àngel Jové presents to us is a small sample of its sensitivity and that with very few elements, with all its simplicity creates a great poetic atmosphere it is an open work with multiple readings.

One of the worries that we have always had has been to create an approach to the viewer, a support for sensitization by giving some clues. It is clear that the work always speaks for itself, but by circumstances a certain didacticism is necessary. Many times, wrongly, we take the anecdote and forget about the overall function of things. We are in the 21st century and one of many questions is the same as in the 20th century - "What does it mean?" There is no response, the only possibility is the sensitivity, the look and the interest for everything that surrounds us. This unpublished work presented to us by Angel Jové has to look at how children look at things, not looking at adulthood, the result of the murder of the child we all carry inside. We try to get close to making a possible open reading as we do with music, let's go to their freshness, their creative and playful game, their letters that say and move, a beautiful, eternal stone like an effigy , the ephemeral sexes like butterflies, the music of places and a wire drawing that as a firm link to this poetic box.
