Spring picnic at the Space

The tensions and stress that we sometimes feel, either through our restless mind or a very reactive emotion, end up being deposited in our body, in the form of muscle tension.  And it is precisely through our body that we can release them, relax them, even make conscious the mental and emotional origin of this overload, and in this way, manage to also relax our mind and let a more calm and relaxed feeling emerge.

We propose two ways, which feed back and strengthen each other, yoga and art therapy, as a way to release tension, to relax, to make you more aware of what is burdening you.

With the proposals of the yoga session you will be able to stretch your muscles to relax the tension, from the most superficial to the deepest, and you will learn to use breathing as an easy and powerful tool to release thoughts, emotions and muscle contractures.

The result of removing layers of tension is a journey inward, which prepares us for the following technique: art therapy, where through plastic expression and connection with one's self we will bring out those aspects that are a source of tension.
